hey. lol. i think by now, its kinda obvious who i am. i shall just have to hope no one stumbles against this blog. yeah.
erm went for philo talk at ri on saturday. lol. so funny. saw that stupid ri shortie who went for SANA and sabo-ed our senior's play. hes only sec 2 la! his name is lew zi jian. HURHURHUR. stupid paper sword. so qiao right, he was in the same discussion as my two friends and i. the topic was, "can we know of minds other than our own?"
then he kept on saying that he could tell that he exists even without logic. haha. everyone was like thinking hes an idiot. hmm. yeah. there were people from ri, zhengyang, nus high, and rg. there was this guy from nus who talked very fast in a weird accent. it was really cute cos he looked so much like a male version of my red cross friend ehh.
so basically, here are the points gained from discussion:
- i exist, & i know it cos if i can think n question my own existence, i have a mind.
-definition of existance in this case is mental existance
-the brain is like a com that processes knowledge. its the mind which forms thoughts and feelings etc.
-my physical body may be an illusion, and so may others.
o.O so much stuff to tell, so little time.
next time, shall blog about subjectivism and relativism [learned in school]. and yeah.
